TERMS OF SERVICE

100% payment must be made before starting work.

I have the right to refuse to do a job if I don't feel comfortable with it.

REVISIONS: 3 revisions before finishing the sketch with the most important details. I will always send updates of each progress.

DEADLINES AND DELIBERY: 2 to 30 business days, depending on the complexity of the work and the slots that I have in parallel. The start date of the commission will be coordinated according to my agenda and according to what day you need the work completed. If you need me to prioritize your commission for any reason, advancing delivery dates, an additional 25% will be charged.

REFUNDS: There are no refunds. The only exception would be if, after all possible reviews, the sketch is not approved by you. In this only case, I will refund 50% of the payment.

PERSONAL USE: You can rezise or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.

COMMERCIAL USE: By commissioning me, you're purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. You retain the rights to my work, which include but not limited to right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

If you'd like the commission to remain private (not ever published anywhere), An extra of 100% will be charged on the total commission price. Otherside, I'm allowed as an artist to post it on social media as regular content.

You're welcome to upload you commission to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work.

I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.
